Job Summary:

We are in search of a skilled and experienced Tally Operator / Accountant with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in accounting and financial record-keeping using Tally software. The ideal candidate should be reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of managing end-to-end accounting operations independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations in Tally ERP.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, billing, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Prepare financial reports, GST filings, and tax documents.
• Coordinate with auditors and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
• Assist in budgeting, cash flow, and financial planning.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience working with Tally ERP.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and taxation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other accounting tools.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and with a high degree of accuracy.
