Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Estate Manager / Personal Concierge to handle the day-to-day management of our estate and personal affairs. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, proactive, and able to multitask efficiently across diverse responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee regular maintenance and upkeep of real estate properties.
• Ensure vehicles are serviced, cleaned, and maintained on schedule.
• Manage timely payment of utility bills such as electricity and water.
• Track, renew, and update health insurance policies and records.
• Monitor and ensure proper maintenance of lifts and technical systems.
• Plan, organize, and coordinate personal and family events.
• Liaise with vendors, service providers, and household staff.

Candidate Requirements:

• Prior experience in estate management, personal concierge, or administrative roles preferred.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Tech-savvy and able to maintain digital records.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Trustworthy, discreet, and dependable in handling sensitive information.
• Flexible with time and able to respond quickly to tasks as needed.
