Tally Accountant

A Tally accountant is responsible for managing a company's financial records using Tally accounting software. This role involves data entry, generating financial reports, and ensuring the accuracy of financial information.

Responsibilities

• Managing all accounting transactions through Tally software, including:
• Recording sales and purchase invoices
• Managing cash and bank accounts
• Handling accounts payable and receivable
• Processing payroll and calculating taxes
• Preparing financial statements like balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements using Tally
• Reconciling bank statements
• Generating various accounting reports as needed
• Maintaining accounting records and ensuring their accuracy
• Understanding and adhering to accounting principles and statutory regulations
• May support with tax preparation and filing

Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience working with Tally accounting software
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Excellent data entry and record-keeping skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word)

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kodambakkam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)

Education:

• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:

• Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)
• Tally: 1 year (Preferred)
