Tally Accountant-Male

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Tally Accountant (Male) to manage daily accounting and billing operations at Sabhan Furniture’s Kondotty Branch. The role includes maintaining accurate financial records in Tally Prime, managing branch collections, stock entries, and supporting the branch in smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities1. Accounting & Financial Entries

• Enter daily sales, purchases, receipts, and payments in Tally Prime.
• Maintain ledgers and ensure timely posting of all financial entries.
• Track branch-level expenses and maintain petty cash records.
• Handle supplier payment entries and reconcile balances.

2. Billing & Invoicing

• Prepare sales bills, quotations, and delivery challans.
• Ensure accurate billing as per company pricing, discounts, and offers.
• Coordinate with the sales team for corrections and clarifications.

3. Stock & Inventory Management

• Update stock inward/outward entries daily.
• Coordinate with warehouse and branch staff for stock accuracy.
• Support monthly stock audits and report discrepancies.

4. Cash & Bank Handling

• Manage daily cash collections and maintain proper documentation.
• Prepare bank deposits and update entries in Tally.
• Perform daily cash reconciliation and assist with bank reconciliation.

5. Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare daily and weekly sales, collection, and outstanding reports.
• Assist in month-end closing and financial summaries for HO.
• Maintain organized filing of invoices, receipts, credit notes, and vouchers.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
