Job Description

Shri Ram Rolling Mill

Location: Plot No. 13, B Part, Rawabhata Industrial Area, Bhanpuri, Raipur, Chhattisgarh – 493221
Established: 2005
Industry: Steel & Metal Manufacturing (Rolling Mill)

Key Responsibilities

Maintain day-to-day accounting in Tally ERP / Tally Prime.
Record purchase, sales, cash, bank, and journal entries accurately.
Handle GST compliance including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliation, and e-way bills.
Maintain inventory, raw material, scrap, and finished goods records.
Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
Assist in monthly closing, P&L, Balance Sheet, and audits.
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
Coordinate with vendors, transporters, and internal departments.
Maintain proper documentation, bills, and vouchers.

Required Qualifications

B.Com / M.Com / Diploma in Accounting.
Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP / Prime.
Sound understanding of GST and basic taxation.

Experience

2–5 years of experience as an Accountant.
Prior experience in rolling mill / manufacturing / steel industry preferred.

Skills Required

Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting principles.
Knowledge of inventory & production accounting.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Basic communication and coordination skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Bhanpuri, Raipur, Chhattisgarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
