Role Description

This is a remote internship role for a Talent Sourcing Intern. The Talent Sourcing Intern will be involved in day-to-day tasks such as sourcing potential candidates through various online channels, communicating with potential recruits, assisting in contract negotiations, and supporting other recruitment activities. Additionally, the intern will assist in procurement processes related to staffing and recruiting operations.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and ability to assess candidates effectively
• Excellent Communication skills for engaging with potential recruits
• Experience or interest in Recruiting and Contract Negotiation
• Knowledge of or willingness to learn about Procurement processes
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Interest in the travel industry is a plus
