Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
• Utilize social media, job boards, and recruitment tools to identify potential candidates.
• Screen resumes and perform initial candidate assessments to determine qualifications.
• Conduct interviews and manage the selection process in collaboration with hiring managers.
• Build and maintain a network of contacts to assist in sourcing candidates.
• Maintain accurate records of all candidate interactions and recruitment activities.
• Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

• Proven experience in talent sourcing or recruitment within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of various sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers to understand their specific recruitment needs.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Experience in utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen sense for identifying talent.
