Talent & People Partner

Role Overview: You will be joining Tractable as a Talent & People Partner, playing a crucial role in establishing and developing our teams in India, Japan, and Thailand. Your responsibilities will span across Talent Acquisition, People Partnering, People Operations, and office management. You will collaborate closely with leaders at all levels and serve as a primary point of contact for the People team in the region. Key Responsibilities: - Own the end-to-end recruitment process for APAC positions, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing them through the recruitment funnel. - Provide expert guidance on local labor laws, people policies, and best practices to leaders in APAC to foster a high-performance and engaged culture. - Manage the smooth functioning of our offices by coordinating with vendors, organizing events, and enhancing team connectivity. - Embody and promote the company's values and work ethos to cultivate a positive culture. Qualifications Required: - Demonstrated experience in Talent Acquisition, particularly in handling recruitment processes for both technical and non-technical roles. - Exposure to People Operations and Partnering is advantageous; however, a strong willingness to learn and develop in these areas is also valued. - Previous experience in international settings, with knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations in India, Japan, and Thailand, is beneficial. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with stakeholders. Proficiency in Japanese language is a desirable asset. - Strong organizational abilities and adeptness at managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. - Possess a proactive and ownership-driven mindset to excel in a fast-paced and evolving landscape.
