Job Description

As an Immigration Administrator at EY, your main responsibility will be to provide full support to the Region Immigration team. Your role will involve various tasks such as reporting, stakeholder management, communications, Immigration system management, and general administrative tasks. It is crucial to maintain a professional attitude while dealing with highly confidential and sensitive information. You will need to ensure compliance with Data Privacy and Protection guidelines at local, regional, and global levels, adapting to a constantly changing legal framework and growing business environment. Key Responsibilities: - Validate documents and accept/decline requests on the Transition Tool Management (TMT Tool) for all MENA locations - Follow up on accepted requests to ensure adherence to SLA - Audit requests on TMT to ensure correct data fields and mandatory documents are uploaded - Update each case on TMT with the correct status and comprehensive comments - Respond to business traveler queries on TMT errors, challenges, etc., and direct them to the right point of contact - Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new TMT and DocTrack releases - Ensure all existing immigration process flows are kept up to date - Create and update MENA Business Travel process flows for new processes or locations - Maintain Business Travel policy documents and tool kits on Talent Hub - Collaborate with MENA Business Travel Lead and CBTS Teams to support all kinds of Inter-MENA travel queries and requirements - Escalate high-risk situations to the MENA Business Travel Lead and ensure key stakeholders have necessary information for decision-making - Keep up to date with the latest Immigration changes and provide prompt updates to relevant stakeholders - Support with Rapid busy season when required, including immigration process and follow up with visa agents Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree, preference given for those with HR specialization - Minimum of 4 years of MENA region immigration and travel booking progressive experience in HR or related field at a coordinator or administrative level - Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook - Strong attention to detail and data administration and analytics skills - Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, work well under pressure, and deliver in a fast-paced environment - Excellent client service, networking, and relationship development skills - Fluency in Hindi or Urdu would be a must At EY, we are dedicated to building a better working world by creating new value for clients, people, society, and the planet.
