As a Bench Sales Recruiter, your role involves actively marketing bench consultants (IT professionals) to vendors, clients, and staffing partners through calls, emails, and other channels. You will be responsible for identifying and approaching potential employers for job opportunities for consultants. Building and nurturing a strong network of partners to ensure a continuous flow of job openings will be a key part of your responsibilities. Additionally, maintaining a database of consultants on the bench, tracking availability, and placement status will be crucial. Generating reports on consultant placement, vendor relationships, and market trends to support continuous improvement efforts is also part of your role. Qualifications required for this position include 1+ years of experience in bench sales or IT staffing, which is preferred but not required. Knowledge of IT technologies and roles, along with an understanding of market trends in the IT industry, is considered an added advantage. You should be comfortable using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools.
