Job Description

Role Overview: As the Talent Development Partner, you will design and deliver impactful leadership development programs in collaboration with subject matter experts, talent development professionals, and instructional designers. By understanding the needs of the business and AHEADians, you'll create initiatives that empower teams to perform at their best. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as a consultative learning partner with subject matter experts, including senior leaders, HR Business Partners, and learning enablement, to design and deliver leadership development solutions. - Conduct comprehensive needs analyses to identify leadership development gaps and opportunities within existing initiatives for your assigned areas of the business. - Design and develop learner-centered engaging and interactive experiences for comprehensive development program(s), incorporating adult learning principles and instructional design best practices. - Support new hire orientation sessions and professional development workshops, utilizing instructor-led and virtual-led training methods. - Manage the full project lifecycle for leadership development initiatives, from conception to launch and evaluation. - Identify and leverage GenAI tools to strategically accelerate outcomes. - Stay current on instructional design trends and emerging technologies. - Utilize facilitation technologies and platforms including virtual collaboration tools, interactive polling and feedback systems, digital whiteboards, and collaborative software. - Partner with the Senior Learning Management Systems Administrator to deploy learning solutions in the Learning Management System. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Instructional Design, Education, or other equivalent that focuses on learning, or equivalent professional experience. - 7+ years of experience in Learning and Development, including both instructional design and facilitation. - Strong relationship management and communication skills to partner with key stakeholders. - Strong knowledge of facilitation methodologies. - Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, eLearning standards, and learning content development. - Ability to manage multiple initiatives and prioritize tasks. - Continuous learning mindset and ability to stay up to date on emerging technologies and trends.
