As a SAP SF LMS Expert at Worldline, you will be responsible for leading the implementation, configuration, and ongoing management of SAP SuccessFactors Learning solutions. Your role will involve developing and executing strategies to maximize the utilization of SuccessFactors Learning features, collaborating with stakeholders to identify learning needs, and designing effective training programs. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing learning-related projects, providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, conducting system audits, and recommending improvements for the Learning module. You will also be responsible for training and supporting end-users, generating reports, analyzing learning data, and staying updated on SAP SuccessFactors Learning updates and best practices. Additionally, you will be required to integrate SuccessFactors Learning with other HR modules and external systems as needed. We are looking for individuals who are big thinkers, driven by positive change, and have a passion for learning and growth. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, along with proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors Learning implementation and administration. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with basic managerial skills such as project management and team leadership. Key skills for this role include in-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Learning module and its features, expertise in administration, configuration, and customization of Learning Management System workflows, experience with content management, setting up and managing learning programs and curricula, and proficiency in using assessment tools. Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors Learning compliance features, reporting and analytics tools, API integrations, and social collaboration tools is also required. The role will focus on various aspects of SAP SuccessFactors Learning solutions, including core functionality, content management, online and blended learning program design, virtual learning environment setup, extended enterprise learning, integration with Talent Management suite, learning analytics, mobile learning solutions, compliance tracking, and social and collaborative learning tools within SuccessFactors. Preferred qualifications for this role include SAP SuccessFactors Learning certification, experience with other modules in the SAP SuccessFactors HCM suite, knowledge of programming languages, familiarity with agile methodologies, and experience in instructional design or e-learning content creation.
