As a Talent Consultant at PwC, your role will involve providing comprehensive talent support for leaders and guidance for employees, aligning talent strategies with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as a trusted advisor to BU and LoS leaders, focusing on accelerating the development of people - Identify issues and develop action plans across all areas of the people strategy - Lead in the identification and management of high-potential talent and succession planning - Utilize coaching skills to enhance the effectiveness of partners/managers/coaches - Develop and maintain effective relationships with staff to facilitate career objectives and employee engagement - Support diversity initiatives and collaborate with leaders as needed - Facilitate mid-year check-ins, support Career Roundtable meetings, and assist with onboarding program delivery - Manage various responsibilities related to the management of people, including off-boarding activities and employee relations matters - Support workforce planning and budget, including campus, experienced, contingent, and Global Mobility workforces - Advise leaders in developing plans to address short and long-term needs and skill gaps - Influence deployment decisions to optimize utilization, promote flexibility, diversity initiatives, and provide developmental opportunities Qualifications Required: - Demonstrated knowledge of coaching & development, talent & performance management, employee relations, diversity initiatives, and HR policy interpretation - Proven ability to team, collaborate, and build and maintain relationships The job as a Talent Consultant at PwC requires a blend of coaching skills, talent development expertise, and the ability to navigate complex situations to drive organizational success.
