Job Description

As a Talent Connector Senior Analyst at Accenture, you will play a crucial role in improving workforce performance and productivity, boosting business agility, increasing revenue, and reducing costs. Your main responsibility will involve leveraging your End-to-End Recruitment experience in both Domestic and International markets. This includes developing a deep understanding of the talent market, proactively sourcing qualified candidates, creating candidate lists, and generating market intelligence insights to fulfill job openings efficiently. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree with a specialization in HR, possess a minimum of 1 year of experience working in large teams and serving clients, and have at least 2 years of recruiting experience. Excellent communication and selling skills are essential, along with proficiency in both written and spoken English or Spanish (bilingual is a plus). You should be capable of delivering work on time and with high quality, ensuring high customer satisfaction and meeting hiring commitments within agreed Service Levels. Your responsibilities will entail liaising with Hiring Managers and Human Resource Business Partners (HRBPs) to understand hiring demand fulfillment priorities and receive requisitions for job profiles in the client's applicant tracking system. You will utilize vendor channels as directed by the client to post job requisitions effectively and consistently deploy current client branding strategies across locations. Leveraging insights from Accenture's Talent Supply Demand and Analytics teams, you will optimize the sourcing process and advise the client's Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (CoE). Additionally, you will manage various aspects of the recruitment process, including sourcing, processing exceptions, and candidate dispositions. Ensuring Service Level compliance, meeting monthly demand fulfillment targets, and maintaining quality customer satisfaction will be key performance indicators. You will also monitor automation processes for continuous improvement, brainstorm improvement ideas, and be willing to travel based on business needs.
