What are we looking for? Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.Previous experience or exposure to similar type of HR admin related tasks Excellent communication skills and effective stakeholder management. Provides services necessary to meet stakeholders needs, identifies continuous opportunities to deliver services with a professional result and good quality. Identifies, negotiates and coordinates the solutions needed to solve problems. Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills related to different communication channels and different groups of people. Proactive attitude, strong desire to learn and develop in a fast-paced organization. Ability to self-organize, schedule and prioritize work to meet various schedules and objectives, re-prioritize on short notice. Familiar with SuccessFactors or recruiting tools and application tracking systems is added advantage.
Roles and Responsibilities: Booking meeting rooms, and ensuring all parties have the necessary information for a smooth interview process.Ensure proper communication among all parties involved in the event of interview cancellations or the need to reschedule interviews.Generate reports as required and communicate the status to internal stakeholders when applicableSupport the talent acquisition team and hiring managers with updating and tailoring job postings to enable posting active vacancies.Document emails and other relevant documentation for the purpose of an audit trail and update relevant trackers with necessary information and status details.Ensure that necessary updates on candidate information are accurately inputted and reflected in all systems such as SuccessFactors and other downstream systems.Drive various administrative tasks related to talent acquisition for a specific set of vacancies.Engage with candidates to collect necessary documents to verify their background information and initiate the pre-employment screening process by collaborating with internal teams and external vendors. Keep candidates informed about the status and progress, answering any queries, and addressing concerns they may have.Support compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies during the pre-screen process. including handling sensitive candidate information in a confidential and secure manner.
