Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers and databases.
  • Assist in employer branding and talent engagement activities.
  • Support the HR team with recruitment-related administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior internship or experience in recruitment will be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with online sourcing techniques and job portals.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
