Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition & HR Generalist will manage end-to-end recruitment while supporting core HR operations. This role combines strategic hiring with hands-on HR generalist responsibilities, ensuring a positive employee experience and compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Talent Acquisition

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and job requirements
  • Draft and post job descriptions on job portals, social media, and internal platforms
  • Source candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules
  • Manage offer letters, negotiations, and pre-onboarding processes
  • Maintain recruitment metrics and reports (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, etc.)
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs

HR Generalist Responsibilities

  • Support onboarding and orientation for new hires
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Assist in performance management processes
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and HR programs
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
  • Assist with payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies
  • Support training and development initiatives

Required Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • [25] years of experience in recruitment and HR generalist roles
  • Strong understanding of hiring practices and HR operations
  • Familiarity with HRIS, HRMS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance
