Key Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media
  • Identify, screen, and engage with top IT talent
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Manage full recruitment cycle, focusing on C2H roles
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and support the team

Skills & Experience

  • 2-5 years of IT recruitment experience, especially in C2H hiring
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and requirements
  • Excellent sourcing skills; BFSI experience is a plus
  • Great communication skills
  • Ability to close roles quickly
