As a Talent Acquisition (TA) Manager at Reliance Nippon Life Insurance Co. Ltd, your role involves collaborating with the central MIS team to update information on vacant positions regularly. You will be responsible for coordinating with recruitment vendors, sourcing candidates, and arranging interviews for shortlisted profiles. Ensuring timely closure of all vacancies and managing the recruitment pipeline will be crucial aspects of your job. Additionally, you will need to provide regular analytics on various parameters such as closing TAT, demographics, and education for vacant positions. It is essential to share periodic reports on TA status with the Zonal HR team and other stakeholders. Your responsibilities will also include working closely with hiring managers to facilitate quick decision-making and approvals for hiring. Collaborating with the HR operations team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires is another key aspect of your role. You will oversee the offer release process in alignment with RNLIC central and zonal team guidelines. Providing daily updates to both central and zonal teams on candidate progress, from shortlisting to onboarding, will be part of your routine tasks. Maintaining a well-organized repository of all TA activities is essential for efficient operations. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field. - Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in MS Office applications and recruitment software. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
