Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The role involves managing the full lifecycle of recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to meet organizational goals. The specialist will focus on employer branding strategies, build strong networks, and create a positive candidate experience. Time management and the ability to achieve recruitment targets are critical to this role.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting strategies
Strong skills in Interviewing and Hiring top talent
Ability to effectively develop and implement Employer Branding
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Previous experience in a target-based recruitment role is preferred
Experience in utilizing applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage
