Talent Acquisition Specialist (Sales, BD & Blue-Collar Roles)

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at our company, you will be responsible for driving high-volume, frontline hiring across Sales, Business Development, and Blue-Collar roles. You will thrive in fast-paced environments and utilize both traditional and modern recruitment channels to build large teams quickly. Your key responsibilities will include: - Owning end-to-end recruitment for field, sales, and blue-collar roles across regions. - Driving bulk and front line hiring through various channels such as job fairs, local consultants, community networks, and on-ground drives. - Building and managing a continuous talent pipeline using offline and non-digital sourcing methods. - Partnering with business teams to understand manpower requirements and closing positions within tight timelines. - Screening, interviewing, and coordinating onboarding for shortlisted candidates. - Maintaining accurate hiring dashboards, MIS reports, and candidate databases. - Managing and evaluating local manpower vendors and recruitment agencies. - Ensuring a positive and consistent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or related field. - 3+ years of experience in volume hiring / blue-collar or field recruitment. - Strong local and regional network for on-ground hiring. - Proven ability to handle large-scale, multi-location hiring independently. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills. Skills Required: - Deep understanding of field and frontline recruitment methods. - Experience in bulk / mass hiring for roles like Field Sales, BD Executives, and Operations Staff. - Vendor management and negotiation skills. - Strong organizational and time management abilities.
