About the Role :

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive mid-to-senior and leadership-level hiring for our clients across industries.

This role demands a combination of sourcing expertise, client coordination, and exceptional candidate engagement skills to ensure timely closures and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

1.       Daily CV Sourcing: Source a minimum of 5 quality profiles per day across all active mandates.

2.       End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing positions.

3.       Mandate Handling: Work on minimum 4–5 active mandates at any given time to ensure steady interview pipelines.

4.       Candidate Outreach: Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, industry networks, and referrals.

5.       Client Coordination: Work closely with client HR and hiring managers to understand job requirements and role expectations.

6.       Interview Management: Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring minimum 5–7 client interviews per week for active roles.

7.       Follow-ups & Closures: Maintain regular follow-up with candidates and clients until closure and joining.

8.       Data & Reporting: Maintain recruitment trackers in Excel and update daily/weekly hiring progress reports.

9.       Quality & TAT: Ensure a high CV-to-interview conversion ratio and meet closure timelines agreed with the client

Experience:

Core Skills:

  •         Strong sourcing, headhunting, and talent mapping skills.
  •         Excellent communication and corporate etiquette.
  •         Proficient in Excel and ATS usage for candidate tracking.
  •         Ability to handle multiple mandates and meet hiring deadlines.

Preferred Background: Prior experience in hiring for Manufacturing, IT, NBFC, FMCG, Hospitality, or Infrastructure.

Other Requirements:

  •         Target-driven and able to work under pressure.
  •         Self-motivated, with a sense of ownership towards closures.

Performance Expectations

1.       Daily Sourcing: Minimum 5 quality CVs/day across all mandates.

2.       Weekly Interviews: Minimum 5–7 client interviews/week.

3.       Conversion Ratio: Maintain at least 50% CV-to-interview conversion rate.

4.       Closure Timelines: Meet or exceed agreed closure deadlines.

5.       Data Accuracy: Maintain error-free recruitment trackers and documentation.
