Talent Acquisition Specialist

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for

  IT & Non-IT roles

  across Permanent and Contract hiring in the US market.
• Source and engage top talent using

  LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, Indeed

  , and other sourcing strategies.
• Partner with

  Direct Clients and MSP/VMS programs

  to understand hiring needs and deliver qualified candidates quickly.
• Screen candidates for skills, culture fit, compensation alignment, and

  US visa/tax term

  requirements.
• Maintain accurate pipelines, achieve delivery targets, and build strong relationships with consultants and clients.

Must Have:

• 2–4 years of hands-on

  US recruitment

  experience.
• Strong knowledge of

  W2/C2C/1099

  and all major visa categories.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Willingness to work the

  night shift (US time zones)
