Job Description

We at Magnon Group are seeking dynamic and results-driven Senior Talent Acquisition Specialists to join our team. This role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process for creative positions within our advertising agency. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for creative talent, a deep understanding of the advertising industry, and the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike.


Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
  • Utilize various channels, including job portals, and networking, to source and screen candidates.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a smooth process for both candidates and interviewers.
  • Extend offers, negotiate terms, and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Assess candidates' portfolios to evaluate their creative skills and suitability for the agency's needs.
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract top creative talent, including designers, copywriters, art directors, and strategists.
  • Manage both freelance and full-time recruitment processes, ensuring timely and quality placements.
  • Gather and provide feedback to hiring managers and candidates to improve the recruitment process.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Engage with candidates and build relationships to ensure a steady pipeline of talent.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to attract top talent.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4-7 years in recruitment, with a focus on creative roles within advertising or media agencies.
  • Ability to assess and critique creative portfolios.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
