Job Summary:

Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Source potential candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes and applications to shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial HR interviews to evaluate candidate fit and interest.
• Coordinate interview schedules between hiring managers and candidates.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Draft, update, and post job descriptions across various platforms.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a smooth experience.
• Provide timely feedback to both candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts.

Requirements:

• Experience:

  6 months to 2 years in recruitment (in-house or consultancy) must have media and digital hiring experience.

• Knowledge:

  Basic understanding of the hiring process and sourcing strategies.

• Tools:

  Familiarity with recruitment platforms like Naukri and LinkedIn.

• Skills:

  Strong communication, interpersonal, and multitasking abilities.

• Education:

  Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
