Job Description

- Role & responsibilities Actively reach out to potential candidates through calls to inform them about job opportunities and assess their interest and qualifications Regularly follow up with candidates to ensure they complete the application process, attend interviews, and remain engaged throughout the recruitment pipeline Meet daily, weekly, or monthly targets for sourcing and screening candidates as assigned by the organization. Conduct initial telephonic interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and alignment with job requirements Maintain accurate and updated records of candidate interactions, feedback, and status in the recruitment database or applicant tracking system (ATS). * 3 months of Probation Period * Monthly Incentives will be applicable with fixed CTC -
