Job Title : Talent Acquisition Specialist Internal Hiring Location : Chennai Job Summary : We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist Internal Hiring to manage and streamline our internal mobility process. You will be responsible for identifying internal talent, facilitating internal transfers, and working closely with HRBPs, line managers, and employees to ensure an efficient and fair internal recruitment process that supports employee growth and organizational goals. Key Responsibilities : Manage end-to-end internal hiring processes for open positions across functions and levels. Partner with HRBPs and department heads to identify and prioritize internal hiring needs. Screen internal applicants based on skills, experience, performance history, and career aspirations. Coordinate internal interviews, assessments, and selection processes. Track and report internal hiring metrics such as internal fill rate, time-to-fill, and internal mobility trends. Key Skills and Competencies : Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. High level of integrity, confidentiality, and fairness.
