Talent Acquisition Specialist (Account Manager)

Role Overview: As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to source and recruit top talent for client requirements. You will be required to engage with job boards, social media, and professional networks to identify suitable candidates. Additionally, you will coordinate with clients to understand their hiring needs and manage the end-to-end recruitment process. Your role will also involve scheduling and coordinating interviews, database management, and staying updated on industry trends. Key Responsibilities: - Source, engage, and shortlist top talent using job boards, social media, and professional networks. - Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. - Collaborate with clients to understand hiring needs and job descriptions. - Manage end-to-end recruitment for client requirements, ensuring timely delivery of quality candidates. - Schedule and coordinate interviews between clients and candidates. - Collect and provide feedback post-interviews to both candidates and clients. - Negotiate offers, ensuring alignment between client budgets and candidate expectations. - Maintain and update the candidate database with accurate information. - Track hiring metrics such as time-to-fill and quality of hires. - Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring practices for providing insights to clients and candidates. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. - 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within a consulting firm. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to multitask and manage multiple client requirements simultaneously. - Proficiency in recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS). - Familiarity with various sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches.
