This role exists to ensure a streamlined, efficient recruitment operations process, supporting Ericsson s Talent Acquisition function The position is crucial for managing background verifications (BGV), offer desk processes, interview scheduling, reporting, and pre-onboarding, with a partial focus on onboarding This role underpins the recruitment teams activities, creating a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers The ideal candidate will coordinate and execute operational activities, ensuring compliance, data accuracy, and timely support across various recruitment phases This position requires a foundational understanding of the recruitment operations process, basic communication and coordination skills, and an ability to handle multiple tasks effectively What you will do: Efficiently manage end-to-end processes within the assigned field (e.g., BGV, Offer Desk, Interview Scheduling). Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time, adhering to the standardized process guidelines. Build and maintain effective communication with cross-functional teams (HR, TA, Legal, Hiring Managers). Serve as a liaison for assigned operational processes, keeping stakeholders informed and aligned. Ensure timely updates and follow-ups to manage expectations and streamline recruitment operations. Accurately record, manage, and update all relevant data in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other platforms. Regularly generate and review reports related to operational metrics (e.g., turnaround times, completion rates). Ensure data integrity, compliance, and readiness for analysis to inform decision-making. Adhere to internal policies, employment laws, and GDPR across all operational activities. Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive candidate information and follow ethical standards. Collaborate with Legal and HR teams to address compliance requirements and mitigate potential risks. Deliver a smooth, positive experience for candidates and internal stakeholders through each operational touchpoint. Address candidate or stakeholder queries promptly, offering guidance and support to enhance satisfaction. Contribute to a culture of growth and adaptability by sharing new insights with the team. The skills you bring: Overview: Develops in-depth knowledge of Ericsson s recruitment operations, processes, and systems. Requires experience in recruitment support roles and job-related training. Knowledge: Completion of a bachelor s degree is an advantage but not required. Requires a combination of practical experience and knowledge to perform tasks independently, with minimal guidance. Leadership: Accountable for own responsibilities and provides occasional guidance to team members. Complexity: Manages routine and complex issues within recruitment operations. Relies on prior experience to navigate challenges. Contribution: Contributes directly to the operational efficiency of the Talent Acquisition function, working within established procedures. Interaction: Collaborates and communicates detailed information effectively with team members and other departments. Experience: 3+ years of exp in HR Operations
