Summary:
  • The People Operations Analyst will be responsible for Talent Acquisition data analysis and reporting on all aspects of the department with the goal of improving candidate and employee experience. In addition, this role will gain deep understanding of our various systems and partner with HR Applications/IT in administration of those systems, ultimately partnering with HR Applications/IT to move to Workday.

Essential duties/responsibilities:
  • Design, implement and optimize processes for the People & Culture team that provide the foundation for an effective and responsive service level to the business.
  • Provide data analysis on all aspects of People & Culture; leverage insights to answer key business questions.
  • Identify key analytics to enhance the employee experience, improve operational processes and ensure effective workforce planning.
  • Design dashboards and reports and assess usage; enable self-service for the business.
  • Create Workday training documentation and continually train the team on new features.
  • Participate in the Workday Community and build network of peers to share best practices.
Required Job Skills and Abilities:
  • Understanding of key processes across People & Culture.
  • Excellent project management, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Understanding of how to use data for predictive people analysis.
  • Aptitude for learning and configuring HCM systems, ability to triage and diagnose tier 1 issues.
  • Understanding of how to use data for predictive people analysis.
  • Strong collaborator across HR, Legal, Finance and IT.
Required Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5+ years of progressive work experience in human resources operations and/or shared services.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and applications, ADP and Workday preferred.
  • Proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
