As a People Operations Analyst at Curriculum Associates, you will be tasked with Talent Acquisition data analysis and reporting to enhance the candidate and employee experience. Your role will involve gaining a deep understanding of various systems and collaborating with the HR Applications/IT team to transition to Workday. - Design, implement, and optimize processes for the People & Culture team to ensure effective and responsive service delivery. - Provide data analysis across all People & Culture aspects to generate insights for key business questions. - Identify analytics to enhance employee experience, streamline operational processes, and facilitate effective workforce planning. - Develop dashboards, reports, and training documentation for Workday, enabling self-service for the business. - Engage with the Workday Community to share best practices and build a network of peers. As a People Operations Analyst, you should possess the following skills and abilities: - Understanding of key processes within People & Culture. - Strong project management and communication skills. - Ability to utilize data for predictive people analysis. - Proficiency in learning and configuring HCM systems, with the capability to diagnose tier 1 issues. - Collaboration skills across HR, Legal, Finance, and IT departments. To qualify for this role, you should meet the following requirements: - Bachelor's degree. - 5+ years of progressive experience in human resources operations or shared services. - Familiarity with HRIS systems, preferably ADP and Workday. - Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
