Key Responsibilities

Talent & Client Coordination

• Source and screen candidates for roles in events, weddings, and hospitality
• Understand client requirements and shortlist relevant talent
• Conduct initial interviews and manage hiring pipelines
• Act as a point of contact for client coordination and candidate updates

Research & Operations

• Support artist/talent onboarding and maintain records
• Conduct research for talent discovery, collaborations, and bookings
• Help in documentation, coordination, and daily operations
• Work closely with the founder on process improvements and tracking systems

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years experience in HR, recruitment, or operations (agency/startup background is a plus)
• Excellent people skills and the ability to manage multiple roles/tasks
• Strong organizational ability and comfort with tools like Excel, LinkedIn, etc.
• Ideally based in Mumbai
• Proactive mindset and willingness to grow with the role

What You’ll Get
