Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with recruiters and total rewards team to identify and suggest improvements for process bottlenecks. - Efficiently handle end-to-end processes in the designated area, with a focus on Background Verification or Offer Desk operations. - Optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruitment tools. - Monitor essential recruitment metrics, preparing regular reports to analyze hiring patterns. - Ensure accuracy in data and documentation for compliance audits. - Support projects to improve candidate experience and streamline recruitment processes. - Work closely with HR, finance, and procurement teams to oversee vendor contracts and budgets. - Provide timely updates and follow-ups to manage expectations efficiently. Qualifications Required: - Graduation or post-graduation in a relevant field. - 3 to 6 years of experience in Human Resources. - Experience in Offer Desk, Background Verification, or HR Back-office operations is advantageous. - Familiarity with Client Relationship Manager (CRM) tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Workday. - Ability to exercise discretion, sound judgment, proactive thinking, and strategic planning during recruitment. - Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate ideas convincingly and confidently.,
