Job Description

  • The talent acquisition manager is responsible for full cycle recruiting to source, select and hire top talent for Group Companies. In addition, the role is responsible for establishing and maintaining effective recruitment metrics, processes, systems and tools; delivering a five-star candidate experience; and contributing to the representation of Baldota employment brand and culture.
  • Maintain accurate and organized recruitment/applicant files in order to contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment function.
  • Manager HR is proposed considering the volume of recruitment and focus on candidate experience to improve employer branding and upcoming Steel Plant Recruitment.
  • Mandatory Skills :Good Knowledge : Recruitment life Cycle, HRIS, SAP
  • Skills : Communication & Negotiation Skills Abilities : Multitasking, Go getter
