Talent acquisition Lead

As a Recruitment Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing diversity hiring by collaborating with corporate hiring managers to develop effective plans and strategies. Your key responsibilities will include: - Monitoring and adjusting recruitment strategies in alignment with market trends, business changes, and feedback to ensure optimal outcomes. - Setting recruitment targets and objectives for the team, tracking progress, and ensuring the achievement of goals. - Overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job requisition to candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring, while engaging with internal and external stakeholders. - Developing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders such as Corporate hiring managers, DE & I leaders, and other CSR leads. - Implementing innovative sourcing strategies, utilizing job boards, social media, networking events, and direct outreach to attract high-quality candidates. - Building and maintaining a talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs. - Enhancing and leveraging employer branding to attract top talent effectively. - Presenting regular reports on recruitment activities, challenges, and outcomes to senior management, backed by data-driven insights for process improvements. - Continuously evaluating and enhancing recruitment processes for increased efficiency and effectiveness. - Implementing new technologies and tools to elevate recruitment efforts and enhance the candidate experience.
