Key Responsibilities:

• Process Improvement:

  Oversee and optimize the recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.

• Compliance:

  Ensure adherence to employment laws and company policies.

• Relationship Building:

  Maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and networks.

• Reporting:

  Track and report on recruitment progress and metrics.

• Training and Development:

  Provide training and mentorship to team members.
