Key Responsibilities

• Assist with posting job ads on various platforms to attract qualified candidates
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Update and maintain candidate records in our applicant tracking system
• Assist with drafting offer letters and onboarding paperwork for new hires
• Participate in recruitment events and networking opportunities to build our talent pipeline
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed
