Role & responsibilities

  • Source and attract potential candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and social media.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist profiles based on job requirements.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate records and track recruitment progress.
  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the process.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 0-3 months of experience in HR, recruitment, or related internship/project work.
  • Exposure to recruitment or talent acquisition processes through coursework, volunteering, or campus roles is a plus.
