You will be responsible for supporting end-to-end recruitment processes as a Talent Acquisition Intern. Your key duties will include sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews to facilitate a seamless hiring journey for potential candidates. Your main responsibilities will involve reviewing resumes, conducting initial phone screenings, and shortlisting candidates according to job specifications. Additionally, you will be tasked with scheduling and managing interview arrangements, acting as a bridge between candidates and hiring managers. You will also play a role in issuing offer letters, following up with successful candidates, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. Furthermore, you will be expected to maintain and update hiring trackers, candidate databases, and generate reports to track hiring progress effectively. To excel in this role, you should possess strong communication and organizational abilities, along with a basic understanding of recruitment procedures.
