About the Founder & CEO - Neelakantha Bhanu

Neelakantha Bhanu Prakash is the world's fastest human calculator and India’s mental math Olympic Gold Medalist. Alongside holding four world records and 50 Limca book records, Mr.Bhanu is also a TEDx speaker and educator. He believes that the skill he has been gifted with can be passed on and taught using the right methodology and initiates in the same direction. Giving his vision of completely eradicating Math phobia a headstart Mr.Bhanu has led numerous projects for developing Arithmetic skills in students across the globe.

He has addressed audiences across 23 countries at the CommonWealth Conclaves, Future city Summits, ISB, IITs, and Multiple other global institutions and meets about the importance of Arithmetic learning in the overall development of a child

What You’ll Do

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you’ll be at the heart of Bhanzu’s hiring engine. You’ll learn the ropes of full-cycle recruitment while helping us build world-class teams across Sales, Tech, Product, and Ops.

Sourcing & Outreach

• Hunt for top talent across LinkedIn, job boards, and unconventional platforms
• Craft vibrant, Gen Z-friendly outreach messages that get replies

Interview Coordination

• Schedule interviews, follow-ups, and feedback loops like a pro
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience from first touch to final offer

Process & Ops

• Maintain ATS hygiene, dashboards, and hiring trackers
• Support hiring campaigns, campus drives, and referral programs

Employer Branding

• Contribute to job posts, social media content, and hiring collaterals
• Help Bhanzu stand out in a sea of sameness

What We’re Looking For

• Students or recent grads (HR, Psychology, Business, or anyone who vibes with people)
• Strong communication skills — written, verbal, and meme-based
• Hustle mindset: proactive, organized, and ready to learn
• Stipend upto 10,000 IN
