Talent Acquisition Intern

As a Talent Acquisition Intern at our company, your role will involve assisting in end-to-end recruitment processes. You will play a crucial part in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews, ensuring a seamless hiring experience for all candidates. Your key responsibilities will include: - Screening & Shortlisting: Reviewing resumes, conducting initial phone screenings, and shortlisting candidates based on job requirements. - Interview Coordination: Scheduling and managing interview processes, acting as a liaison between candidates and hiring managers. - Offer & Onboarding Support: Assisting in offer letter issuance, following up with selected candidates, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. - Recruitment Reporting: Maintaining and updating hiring trackers, candidate databases, and generating reports on hiring progress. To excel in this role, you will need: - Strong communication and organizational skills. - Basic knowledge of recruitment processes.
