Talent acquisition/ HR Executive

As a Recruitment Specialist, your role involves sourcing and recruiting candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, campus drives, and local networks. You will collaborate with site managers and department heads to understand hiring requirements and manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, shortlisting, scheduling, interviewing, and onboarding.
