Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening,

interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job

descriptions and specifications for lateral positions.

Build strong talent pipelines for roles such as:
Interior Designers/Design Consultants
Sales Executives
Project Managers (Site execution)
Procurement and Vendor Coordination Roles
Supervisory hiring (TL & Above)
Source candidates through job portals, social media, headhunting, referrals, and

networking.

Conduct preliminary telephonic/video screening to assess candidate fit.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders and follow up on

feedback.

Maintain and update recruitment trackers and dashboards.
Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Partner with external recruitment agencies as required.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor hiring strategies, and compensation

benchmarks in the interiors and design industry.

Key Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2–5 years of proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in lateral

hiring and in sectors related to interior design, architecture, or home dcor.

Experience hiring for creative ,sales and operations roles is strongly preferred.
Proficient with recruitment tools like Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS platforms.• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
High level of attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborative, proactive, and result-oriented mindset.
