As a Talent Acquisition Executive/Sr. Talent Acquisition Executive at House of EdTech, youll be at the forefront of building a high-performing team by identifying, engaging, and hiring the best candidates. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers, develop innovative sourcing strategies, and ensure a seamless recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing & Strategy:

  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract top candidates
  • Utilize multiple channels such as job portals, social media, LinkedIn, referrals, and professional networks to source candidates
  • Identify new and creative ways to reach out to potential candidates

Candidate Screening & Shortlisting:

  • Review resumes and applications to identify the best talent
  • Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and culture fit
  • Maintain timely and professional communication with all applicants

Interview Coordination & Process Management:

  • Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and hiring managers
  • Gather and document interview feedback to facilitate smooth decision-making
  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Building & Maintaining Talent Pipelines:

  • Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs
  • Engage with passive candidates and develop long-term relationships with potential hires
  • Keep track of industry hiring trends and market conditions

Employer Branding & Candidate Experience:

  • Represent the company in a professional and engaging manner
  • Actively contribute to enhancing the employer brand by ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Promote House of EdTech as a great place to work through social media, networking events, and recruitment campaigns

Recruitment Analytics & Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and generate reports on key hiring metrics
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize recruitment strategies and improve hiring efficiency

Who We’re Looking For

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or a similar HR role
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and hiring best practices
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to manage multiple job openings and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in using job portals, LinkedIn, and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Strong interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders effectively

Good to Have (Not Mandatory):

  • Experience working in the ed-tech industry or fast-growing startups
  • Knowledge of HR software and recruitment tools
  • Experience in campus hiring, bulk hiring, or leadership hiring
