Talent Acquisition Executive

As a Land Acquisition Executive at Evergreen Homes & Properties in Angamali, your main responsibility will be to identify and acquire large plots (12 acres and above) for residential or commercial plot development projects. You will work directly with landowners to negotiate rates and finalize the best price possible. Additionally, you will study the land to assess nearby amenities, infrastructure, transport access, and future growth potential. Your role will involve coordinating with management to close deals and handling all legal documentation and paperwork related to the land. To excel in this role, you should have a strong knowledge of land dealings, the local real estate market, and the documentation process. Excellent negotiation and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently in the field. A good understanding of real estate growth areas will be advantageous. The preferred education requirement is Higher Secondary (12th Pass), and a minimum of 2 years of sales experience is required. Proficiency in English is preferred, and holding a valid Driving Licence is necessary for this role. The work location is in person.
