Job Description

Objective

Sourcing, screening and onboarding of suitable candidates for respective zonal office

Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing of suitable candidates directly, through websites and social media sites
  • Initial screening of applicants, telephone and face to face interviews
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders, agreeing and coordinating deliverables and priorities
  • Manage and update job postings to various social networks and job sites
  • Responsible of initiation and closure of BGV of new hires within TAT
  • Delivering of recruitment KPIs as set and agreed
  • Facilitate and coordinate candidate interview scheduling and testing
  • Monitor and respond to speculative applications and/or referrals and internal job postings.
  • Responsible for adopting Zwayam ( ATS)

Need to Have Areas

  • Minimum 2 years experience in Bulk & Volume recruitments
  • Should be well versed with usage of Job portals i.e. Naukri
  • Should be well versed with Ms Office
  • Exposure to BGV tools & ATS is an add-on advantage
