Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding
• Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and documentation
• Oversee attendance, leave management, and employee lifecycle activities
• Support payroll coordination and resolve employee queries related to compensation and benefits
• Assist in drafting HR policies and maintaining compliance with labor laws
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and ensure a positive work culture
• Coordinate training programs, performance reviews, and feedback processes
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth HR operations and process improvements

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in HR or related field
• 1–4 years of experience in recruitment
• Good understanding of HR processes, labour laws, and best practices
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Google workspace, MS Office and basic HRMS tools
• Self-driven, empathetic, and proactive in problem-solving
