Talent Acquisition Coordinator

As a Human Resources Fixed Term Worker at Standard Chartered Bank in Chennai, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the accurate creation of Position IDs with the Global JD template attached. You will be required to validate and update all mandatory fields, maintain an up-to-date TA List based on business functions, and ensure that the Regulatory role field is correctly updated in the Position ID and JD. Additionally, you will need to update the Job Profile page in alignment with the Job Description, select appropriate VBA and BGV Screening Packages, and cancel On-Hold JRs that have been stagnant for over 30 days. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the JOT tracker, sending timely emails to Hiring Managers for position insufficiencies, updating salary ranges for US JRs, and assisting HMs in creating Position IDs with the correct Global JD template. In case of technical glitches, you will collaborate with the SF Tech team for resolution. Any queries related to new hire data changes should be redirected to the PM Ops team. Your responsibilities will also include adhering to Data Privacy principles, completing mandatory trainings on time, and displaying exemplary conduct in line with the Group's Values and Code of Conduct. You will work closely with TA Partners, TA Leads, Hiring Managers, PM Ops, and Business Heads to ensure the smooth functioning of HR processes. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's Degree and possess proficiency in Excel. Strong English communication skills, both oral and written, are essential for effective collaboration and correspondence with stakeholders.
