Role & responsibilities This role is responsible in providing talent acquisition process administrative support such as interview scheduling, recruitment application tracking system updates, online assessment support, and background check screening initiation and support. 1. Scheduling Support i. Work with Talent Acquisition Specialists (TAS), Hiring Managers or their Executive Assistants, and other interviewers to coordinate interview slots and confirm with candidates ii. Update workflow on the recruitment application tracking system 2. STARS Administrative Support i. Supports TAS in creating and managing candidate information in STARS in all stages in the process ii. Supports TAS in creating job postings/requisitions 3. TA Assessment Facilitation i. Supports in enrolling candidates for TA related assessment and also preparing or sharing the results to recruiters. 4. Background Checks Facilitation i. Initiates and monitors this process for candidates undergoing this check ii. Shares the results to the recruiters and highlights concerns or findings 5. Reports i. Supports TAS with their OPS data requests The successful applicant must have in-depth recruitment experience and some experience in managing administrative tasks Recruiting experience preferably gained in a similar industry/competitor company Must have experience and knowledge in working with application tracking systems Must have experience and knowledge in effectively screening candidates and scheduling interviews Experience in executing administrative tasks Personal attributes: Attention to detail and well organized Maturity, good presentation and strong communication skills, both verbal and written The ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines The ability to prioritize and work in an ambiguous environment Maintain the highest level of confidentiality regarding all recruiting matters 1.
