Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, implementing recruitment strategies, and ensuring compliance with global/regional processes and legal requirements. Your key focus will be on talent attraction, mapping, pipelining, and building effective relationships with stakeholders. You will report to the Talent Acquisition Leader for India. Key Responsibilities: - Foster relationships with stakeholders in Business, HR, and Total Reward teams - Ensure recruitment targets are achieved - Collaborate with Business, HR, and Total Rewards to determine appropriate compensation ranges - Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and relationship management - Develop business acumen and subject matter expertise to design talent strategies within the sub-region Qualifications Required: - Full-time Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR - 12+ years of related experience in full-cycle recruiting, with hands-on experience in sourcing and screening in Engineering/Manufacturing/Consumer Durable/Heavy Engineering industry - Proficiency in using social media and job boards for talent attraction - Prior experience with Applicant Tracking Systems such as Workday, Taleo, or SuccessFactors is preferred Additional Details: The company offers a hybrid mode of working for local employees.
